When will the gift card arrive?

We email the code right after checkout. If you scheduled delivery for a future date, the email goes out that morning in the recipient's local time.

Does the gift card expire?

Expiry follows Pocket Coffee's store default — shown on the purchase confirmation if any.

How is the gift card redeemed?

Accepted Answer

The recipient enters or scans the code at checkout on Pocket Coffee's store. Partial redemption is supported — any remaining balance stays on the card.

Question 4

Can I cancel or refund a gift card?

Accepted Answer

Once a gift card has been redeemed it can't be reversed. Unredeemed gift cards can be refunded — contact the store directly.
