How am I billed?

Your card is charged at checkout, then automatically each billing period after that. The receipt email links to a customer portal where you can update payment, pause, or cancel.

How do I cancel?

Open the customer-portal link from any membership email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

Will I be charged during the free trial?

Accepted Answer

No — you're only charged at the end of the trial. Cancel before then and you won't be charged at all.
