How do I get into the event?

We email a QR code per seat. Show it on your phone (or print it) at the door — staff scan to admit. One scan per ticket.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes — forward the email. Whoever shows the QR at the door gets in. Tickets that have already been scanned can't be re-used.

Are tickets refundable?

Refund policy depends on the event. Reach out to the store before the event date if you need to cancel.
